• If you need an invitation letter to apply for a UK visa, please email admin@apen-disco.org with the following details: your full name, affiliation, postal address, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and your planned arrival and departure dates for the UK. 
• After the registration, an automatic confirmation email with an official receipt will be sent to the email address used for the registration.

Workshop registration fee includes:

• Access to all the sessions area
• Access to Wi-Fi in the workshop
• Welcome reception (Monday Evening) (Access to the Welcome reception can be limited if you register after 15^th August)
• Coffee breaks (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
• Lunch (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
• Gala dinner (Tuesday) (Access to the Gala dinner can be limited if you register after 15^th August)

Cancellation:

• Cancellation of participation can be done using the registration system, which is accessible through the link in the registration confirmation email.
• For cancellations by 15^th July, there will be no administration costs charged.
• For cancellations between 16^th July and 31^st July, 80% of the fee is refundable against the standard registration fee.
• If cancellation occurs from 1^st August 2025, there will be no restitution of the fee paid.
• No show will incur a full charge.
• Registered participants may be replaced, provided that the registration team is duly notified in advance.
• Refund payments will be settled automatically through the registration system within 15 business days.
