• Plenary-Only Sessions – No Parallel Tracks: All sessions are plenary. You won’t miss a single speaker or discussion, ensuring full immersion in the selected research topic.
• Full Engagement for Every Participant: Every accepted summary will be orally presented and discussed, with live feedback from fellow researchers, invited experts, and Applied Energy editors.
• From Summary to Publication: Accepted contributions and workshop outputs will be recommended for submission to a dedicated Special Issue of Applied Energy.
• Expert-Led Inspiration: The workshop features keynote talks and panel discussions led by internationally renowned experts in the HSI theme.
• Curated Thematic Sessions with Structured Dialogue: Presentations of authors are grouped by research topics. Each session is chaired by experts and includes dedicated discussion time.
• Enhanced Research Networking: Morning and afternoon tea breaks, along with extended lunch sessions, are built into the schedule to encourage informal discussions and brainstorming, with sufficient whiteboards and pens provided to support discussions.
